Shipping & returns

Free delivery for purchases over HK$3000, otherwise a delivery fee of HK$200 is required or SF Express cash on delivery can be  selected.
The company will deliver the goods according to the above schedule within 10 working days of confirming the order.
If you need to arrange urgent delivery or off-island delivery service, the company will charge additional delivery fees.
Each order is delivered to the first destination only, and delivery service is not available to places that the truck cannot reach directly.
If you have any questions about the product, wish to exchange or return it, please keep the receipt and contact us.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
